Yes, training with resistance bands allows you to build muscle because they use progressive resistance, a fact that has been proven in numerous scientific studies.
Progressive resistance, which is a unique feature of elastic bands, provides sufficient challenge for the muscles to train and develop them.
The main advantage of progressive resistance is that it adapts perfectly to human movement, especially to the force curves generated by our joints during a movement.
In practice, elastic bands provide more resistance on the stronger parts of your body and less resistance on the weaker parts. This allows you to load your muscles instead of overloading your joints, but to get the most out of progressive resistance, it is important to have the right equipment and a sufficiently high resistance. It is also important to use the bands correctly by stretching them to develop the muscles optimally. Don't worry, everything is explained in detail in our program and in our instructional videos, and the same applies to mass building as for training with free weights: It mainly depends on your diet.
With resistance bands and the Baills Bands Pro, including bar, handles and loops, you have a variety of exercises at your disposal and it is recommended to focus on multi-joint exercises such as bench presses, deadlifts, squats and similar exercises.
